Stroke-Specific Courses
Mastering the four major strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly—is key to becoming a versatile swimmer. Our stroke-specific courses are carefully desgined to help you learn or improve each stroke with precision. The usage of different techniques, drills, and video analysis will ensure the development of an efficient, powerful, and smooth strokes.
Freestyle course
The front crawl course focuses entirely on the front crawl technique. From the very beginning, the correct technical execution of the stroke is taught step by step. During the course, you’ll become familiar with all aspects of the freestyle. Body position, kicking, breathing, arm movement, rotation, and timing are some of the technical elements that are worked on progressively.
Butterfly course
In the butterfly stroke course, the butterfly technique takes center stage. Step by step, we will learn the correct technique of the butterfly stroke. You will learn the importance of flexibility, breathing, arm movement, kicking, and much more that comes with mastering this stroke. Through video analysis and other training methods, we will improve your technique, coordination, and feel for the water, enabling you to swim butterfly with more control, power, and confidence.
Breaststroke course
In this course, you will learn the correct breaststroke technique step by step. We focus on proper body position, efficient arm movement, powerful leg kick, correct timing, and relaxed breathing. Using video analysis and targeted exercises, we work on your technique, rhythm, and feel for the water. This way, you'll learn to swim more smoothly and efficiently.
Backstroke course
During this course, you will learn the backstroke from start to finish. We focus on a stable body position, a strong yet smooth arm movement, and a rhythmic leg kick. Through specific exercises, we will improve your technique, timing, and efficiency in the water. You will develop greater control, confidence, and speed while learning to swim comfortably on your back.
