Flipturns course

In this course, you will learn how to perform smooth flipturns, essential for a fast and efficient race or training session. We cover the proper timing of the approach, the rollover movement, the push-off from the wall, and a streamlined glide followed by the underwater phase. Using video analysis and targeted exercises, you’ll work on perfecting your flipturns—so they won’t cost you time, but instead give you an advantage.

Diving course

In this course, you will learn the basics of diving—whether you're diving from the poolside for the first time or looking to improve your competitive start. We focus on a safe and controlled entry into the water, proper body position in the air, and a streamlined underwater phase. For competitive starts, the emphasis is on speed, explosiveness, and timing off the starting block. Using video analysis and targeted exercises, we work on building confidence, refining technique, and maximizing effectiveness with every dive.

Conditioning course

This course focuses on improving your swimming fitness and overall endurance. Through varied training sets, interval work, and breathing exercises, you’ll develop strength, speed, and stamina. Whether you're looking to build a solid fitness base or push your physical limits, this course will help you become fitter, stronger, and more efficient in the water.

Saturday:

I’ve been teaching swimming for years — began with diploma-level lessons for children and now focusing mainly on teaching and sharing my knowledge to improve competitive strokes.
