Group Training
During the group sessions (club training), athletes follow the coach’s program. The group training begins with a one-on-one conversation with the coach, where personal goals are discussed, and a plan is made to achieve them. Together with your teammates, we work on achieving these goals through technique training, endurance training, and many other fun and challenging training methods. While training hard is important, having fun is just as essential.

I’ve been swimming for over 19 years and spent several years in competitive swimming at the top level, including participation in three international tournaments.
I’ve been teaching swimming for years — began with diploma-level lessons for children and now focusing mainly on teaching and sharing my knowledge to improve competitive strokes.
I adjust my coaching to every level, from beginners to advanced swimmers, and I enjoy using my experience to help others grow in the water.
